At Plethora, each product is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our items—including candles, fragrances, and wellness goods—all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 business days of delivery at hi@plethorafragrance.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll be happy to offer a store credit or exchange for the same product.
We cannot accommodate exchanges or credits beyond this window, or for products that have been used, burned, or altered in any way.
